James Francis Smith and Mary Ann Bullock nee Chad

James Francis Smith was born 20 May, 1856 and was baptised 23 June, 1856 (ref 1332) at St Clements Worcester.  He was the son of John Smith and Elizabeth (surname unknown).  Elizabeth was born 13 August, 1829 and died 4 November, 1912.  This by a record in a birthday book showing the name "Granny" Smith next to the dates.  James married Mary Ann (Bullock nee Chad) who was born 12 November, 1860.

They had seven children from the marriage, four girls and three boys (one of the daughters being Gladys Olga Dorothy who married George Frederick Joseph CRAMP).  Mary also had a daughter Rossina from her first marriage (Bullock).

James is buried at Clifton on Teme Worcester UK, he was a native of Cradley and resident of Parish Lower Sapey.
